The Idaho Business Aviation Association (IBAA) is dedicated to advancing and promoting business aviation throughout the state of Idaho. Our mission is to serve as a unifying voice for operators, professionals, and stakeholders by advocating for policies that protect and enhance aviation access, safety, and economic impact.

We strive to build a stronger aviation community by fostering collaboration, offering educational opportunities, supporting workforce development, and providing valuable industry resources. Through strategic partnerships, community engagement, and member-driven initiatives, IBAA works to ensure a vibrant, sustainable future for business aviation in Idaho.
The Idaho Aviation Business Association (IBAA) is a membership organization focused on the support and promotion of Business and General Aviation issues across the State of Idaho.
We inform our membership about legislative, airport, airspace, tax as well as employment issues that may affect their businesses or their flying. Our goal is to provide a powerful voice in those issues. Additionally, through our charitable efforts, we help assure the future of our industry by providing scholarships for growth and expansion of careers in business aviation.
Objectives:

Communicate, advocate and promote the economic value Business and General Aviation brings to our state and local communities

Identify and address issues impacting Idaho aviation businesses and airports, including legislative, and operational effectiveness

Provide for the training of future aviation professionals through scholarship funds. Including, member scholarships/grants to be awarded.
IBAA’s goal is to be a voice and go to organization for the business and general aviation industry in Idaho. Our number one priority is to educate and get involved in matters affecting our members, ensuring members are informed and have a collective voice on behalf of our members, speaking to local, regional and state officials.
About IBAA
The Idaho Business Aviation Association (IBAA) is made up of business and corporate aircraft, maintenance facilities, charter operators, flight schools, FBO’s and other general aviation interests throughout Idaho. It was established to create a networking platform for its members and to serve as a vehicle to facilitate information sharing.
IBAA is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Proceeds from all activities are dedicated to aviation related youth and member vocational scholarships – our future. Today, thanks to the efforts of our members, volunteers and additional supporters, IBAA is growing in all corners of Idaho.
